1.Verification
We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be canceled during this period, considering handing process already started,but we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find a good solution.


2.Processing

 After your orders is complete, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.

3.Shipping Time And Fee

We have  different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and European region.Shipping time and shipping method is based on your location; Please expect 2-14 days after order processing to receive your package.

If the order amount is over 59USD, this is free shipping.

Otherwise, shipping charges for your order are USD$5, no matter which state you are u in.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Delivery

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. 

5. Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.

6.Wrong Address

It it the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is alwasys a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

 7.Shipping Method

In BiggerFive, the shipping methods are grouped by locations (Shipping Zones). The available shipping methods like UPS depend on the customer’s shipping address.
